Direct Bill Payment Plan

The Direct Bill Payment Plan is by far the most convenient and….costs nothing. APC must have your actual signature to implement this plan. It's SO easy to plug into Alpena Power Company's DIRECT BILL PLAN!

When you authorize Alpena Power Company, your monthly payments will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the due date. You will still receive your monthly billing statement at least 21 days in advance indicating the amount to be deducted. Your automatic payment will be reflected on your next bill and itemized on your checking or savings account statement. The Direct Bill Payment Plan is offered free of charge. (Most financial institutions do not charge for the service. Please contact yours if you are not sure.)

Direct Payment Plan Enrollment

To get started:

• Simply print and complete the Direct Payment Enrollment Form and return it with your original signature to Alpena Power Company at PO Box 188, Alpena, MI 49707

Once an official enrollment form is sent, continue to pay as you normally would until your Alpena Power Company statement shows that you have been signed up for the plan (approximately 30-60 days), then stop writing checks and enjoy the convenience of Direct Payment and…low rates and highest reliability in Northeast Michigan!
